2. Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "your"), Cashkar India ("we", "us", "our"), and third-party buyers("buyer") who provide services for selling, recycling, and/or donating used consumer products.

3. Platform Use

Cashkr provides a platform for sellers to sell certain goods. Transactions are conducted directly between sellers and third parties, not with Cashkr. Cashkr is not liable for any aspect of transactions with third parties.

4. Legal Ownership

You certify that you are the legal owner of the device you wish to sell.

5. Quotes and Evaluation

Initial quotes are subject to our evaluation of your device. We reserve the right to refuse or modify offers based on our evaluation and market conditions.

6. Final Quote and Payment

Upon inspection, if the device matches the specifications, we will pay the quoted amount. You are legally bound to sell the device at the quoted price upon payment.

7. Changes to Offers

We reserve the right to change our offer if:

• The device model or brand is different from what was specified
• Parts are missing
• The device is in a different condition than described

8. Required Documentation

You must provide:

• Self-attested ID proof (government-approved) of the device owner
• Self-attested indemnity bond if required

9. Prohibited Goods

Goods distributed as gifts from NGOs or state-sponsored programs are not accepted.

10. Data Deletion

You are responsible for erasing all data from your device before selling it. Cashkr is not responsible for any data left on the device.
