Data Analytics: Cashkr may use anonymous, aggregated utilization data for typical business operations (for example, Governance reporting). We may also share non-personal, anonymized, and statistical data with third parties to help Cashkr with such analysis and developments.

Mergers or Acquisitions:  In case of a merger, consolidation, acquisition, corporate divestiture, change of control or dissolution wherever we sell all or a part of our company or assets, we will reveal the privacy policies of acquiring entities or will direct specific Personal Data and such information. Location of Processing: Cashkr is located in and operates from Mumbai, India. We host our Services and process your Data in Nepal. Yet, it is possible that some of the service providers referenced above may process Personal Data outside your jurisdiction, and in nations that are not subject to an adequacy decision by the European.
